The batting I used is 50% Cotton/ 50% Bamboo.

I made the quilt finished size 41.4cm wide and 43.5cm long (16.3'' x 17.1'') .

Quilt complete!

I made the quilt finished size 158cm wide and 116cm long (62.2'' x 45.6'') .

My quilt is complete!

Ginger biscuits

Farmers Wife Sample Quilt Progress

I am finding it easier to flick through the Farmers Wife Sample Quilt book and pick the blocks that at the moment look easy/ require the least amount of effort and that I have the perfect fabric combination for in my fabric box until I gain more confidence with triangles/other shapes that I am required to make!
I got 5 made in one evening.

Now to get more templates printed and fabric cut. now just 103 to go!!

The last week

Last week I got to the Creative Fair with a few friends. I had a list of thing I need to get and I came away with all that I wanted :D

Felt/Plain cream fabric from Sew Pretty

Bottom 3 fabrics from The Quilters Barn and top Fabric of Holly's from Art of Sewing

Also went and got 8mtrs of red ribbon for Christmas Cards. I plan to start making cards this week.

Just need to baste and quilt the Circle Quilt, Rainbow Quilt and the Quilt for Master B and looking forward to starting a crafty fabric swap this month with friends- we will be making Coasters with the fabric sent to us!
