growing hexagons with a plan

With the weather being so terrible, hand stitching on cold winter evenings has been productive. I now have a plan for all the hexagons after this post. I decided I wont unpick the hexagons I started on....but will create something with what I already have.

So I started a fresh with new hexagons with fabric I have in my stash.

I now need 343 individual hexagons. 7 hexagons per block. No two blocks are the same. 7 blocks wide by 7 blocks long = 49 blocks total.

This project is growing quickly. I am really enjoying how clean and simple the hexagons are on the white blocks.
