I have been trying to get lots done before the end of the week. I was sure I had an extra week before Labour weekend but I was wrong!
Started our Christmas cards and been catching up with a
friend - and I have been doing lots of cutting strips, folding card and stamping "Merry Christmas"

Worked on some Birthday cards and Thank you cards (and made a few extra) as it seems to be Birthday season at the moment!
Apple coasters and Citrus coasters are now done

Have a friend due to have a baby in the next few weeks so I have made her a toy for baby that has a bell inside (its not yet had its stuffing put in)

I love the Christmas cards - they look very simple, yet have a great effect to them :) Might have to steal the idea (and change it, of course!) If you don't mind.
ReplyDeleteOf course you can use the idea! They are really easy and simple to make! I just got the pack of paper Kaisercraft Paper Pad - Silly Season and it gave me lots of different papers without having to buy large sheets!, basic card stock in red/green and brads in the red/green. Love to see what you come up with!!
ReplyDeleteI've used Christmas wrapping paper that is the same as my colour theme for this year. Mine are different to yours, but the idea is similar. It's the first year I've actually done Christmas cards (let alone make them!) I really enjoy making cards, so it was some nice time out for me. I made all our wedding invitations, so it brought back memories!
