new top
Back in January I made a new summer top. You can find instructions for the pattern (you can also buy the actual pattern if you didn't want to print/cut out the pattern)
I called into Haralds Fabrics and saw this fabric and love the blue/coral/cream/green combo and for this top I only need 1 metre and the fabric was less than $12.00.
This pattern is so simple to follow and with this fabric so easy make and I was much quicker the second time around.
Master W decided to be in the photos
Fits perfectly! Might need to make a few more for spring. Am I the only one wanting summer back now?
disappointing post
I have never in all my posting mail years had post returned to me. I have had post go missing but never just undelivered and returned.
A few months ago I took part in the share your country swap. I carefully chose the items and had them posted back in March.
I had all my items arrive from Lee-Anne in South Africa. You can see the photos here.
Today on my door step the package I sent back in March arrived back at my door- 3 months later and covered in dates/stamps and scribbles. (insert sad disappointed face here)
On the brighter side- I know our return to sender stickers work.

Project Life 2014 Week Twenty-six
We are half way through 2014!
So glad to see the sunshine and know that a frosty morning means a beautiful day. Now we are past the shortest day- spring is getting closer! We enjoyed the trains on Sunday- the wind was so bitter and cold, was nice to get back in the car and not be in the wind.

Project Life 2014 Week Twenty-five
So glad I am keeping track of what happens in a week (I'm over a week behind in posting but I know where I am and what we did!)
Craft group had an awesome Op Shop day. I will be doing a blog post about this soon.
Mr B brought the boys roller blades- they just LOVE them! and thankfully broken bones yet (phew!)
The boys love looking through this album and when ever I ask for a contribution they are more than happy to when they get to use my nice pens.
